With 25 years in construction and "thinking outside the square" attitude, Ken manages all areas of Latitude Group's projects. From conception to completion including site acquistion, feasibility, funding and construction Ken works diligently with his team on development projects.

Ken's primary focus is quality products and quality delviery of service to clients and stakeholders. Ken is a perfectionist and sets a high standard for his team of staff and consultants who work along side him.

Ken is a master builder who has successfully complete a large number of residential / commerical buildings.

Phil Watkins, Property Manager, Christchurch

Phil is our Christchurch based Property Manager with over 30 years building and property maintenance experience both in New Zealand and Australia. As well as having built 3 of his own houses, Phil's previous roles have included Maintenance Manager at the Queenstown Parkroyal Hotel, Marine Engineer in the merchant navy, and most recently as Buildings Manager with an existing international tenant of Workstation55 development, an 8.5 acre buisness park on the fringe of Christchurch City. He is now the Property Manager at Workstation55 where his vast knowledge of the site will ensure our valuable tenants are very well looked after.
